Christiana Kosiari is a professional dancer, choreographer, and dance teacher based in Athens. She graduated from the Greek State School of Dance in 2012 and holds a degree from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Christiana participated in the U(R)TOPIAS Academy of Choreography in Elefsina from 2021 to 2023, where she presented several works, including Bouboulina’s and the site-specific piece Bouboulines in July 2023.
In February 2024, she premiered her choreography RUNWAY at the Onassis Dance Days 2024. Following this, RUNWAY was selected for a residency program in August 2024 by the Credixa/Anima Fluo association in Bologna, Italy. Christiana's work Chained was showcased at multiple festivals, including Dance Laboratory Rhodes 7, Patras Art Festival, Arc for Dance Festival and the Masdanza Dance Festival in the Canary Islands, where she received the second prize from the jury. She has also created video dances such as Sink and Bouboulina, which have been featured at various festivals across Greece and internationally.
As a dancer, Christiana participated in MA by Romeo Castellucci and toured with the Lamenta project of the Siamese Dance Co from 2021 to 2023. With over a decade of teaching experience, she has attended numerous workshops in Greece and abroad, enriching her artistic practice.
