Stanislav Rumenov Genadiev is a dance artist specializing in independent performative arts. He graduated from the National School of Dance Art in Sofia, began his career with the Swiss company Linga, later worked with Alias, and danced for Brice Leroux. Since 2006, Stanislav has collaborated with Violeta Vitanova, co-creating original performances that have received critical acclaim. Their debut project, Imago, earned them the ICARUS Award for Best Debut Dance Performance in 2006. In 2013, they were honored with another ICARUS for their choreography of the “Mousetrap” in Hamlet, directed by Yavor Gardev. In addition to his performance and choreography work, Stanislav is also focused on his original musical projects.
Violeta Georgieva Vitanova is a dance artist and educator based in Sofia, Bulgaria. She is a graduate of the National School of Dance Art and has contributed significantly to independent performative arts through her collaboration with Stanislav Genadiev. Alongside their acclaimed performances, Violeta has also danced for renowned choreographer Brice Leroux, showcasing her versatility and artistry on an international stage. In addition to her performance career, Violeta teaches at the National School of Dance Art, where she influences and inspires the next generation of dancers. Her performances have been featured at numerous festivals in Bulgaria and across Europe, further establishing her presence in the dance community.
